Welcome! I am so glad that you’re here and are taking steps to better health and fitness!

I’m honored that you have chosen me to help you along the way and can’t wait to get started.

A few things you’ll need to know:

  1. After your consultation(you can schedule that here) at which we’ll discuss your goals and create a basic game plan you’ll get access to a Google Doc where I will input your nutrition plan each week.

  2. At the end of each week, I will send you a short questionnaire that will help us evaluate how things are going and what action steps we might need to take the next week to continue making progress towards your goals.

  3. I will be your biggest cheerleader and am always here to encourage you, answer questions or just listen along the way. Please don’t hesitate to send me a text or email whenever you have questions or need encouragement. I am here for you!
