Q: How many days a week do I need to run?
A: Beginner + Intermediate tracks are 4x/week of running/biking. Advanced track is 5x/week of running
Q: Can I lift & do this plan?
A: Yes! We (the creators of this) train in a hybrid way. We designed this so that you could continue doing any lifting you already enjoy. During the 8 weeks you do this, we recommend prioritizing your running each day, but lifting will actually help increase your running ability so keep at it!
Q: What if I can’t currently run a 5k/3.1 miles?
A: Our beginner plan is for you! This was designed to help someone be able to run their first 5k.
